First cohort
Design partner cohort
QCI is looking for five to eight organizations to run the Readiness Program at a reduced fee. Credit unions are a natural fit. In return we ask for two things.
What partners receive
The full Readiness Program: inventory, governance record, self-assessed Q-Risk Score and board insert. The reduced fee is agreed at scoping.
What partners give
- Permission to include their anonymized pillar scores in published aggregate figures. No organization is named or identifiable.
- One reference call or one attributed quote at the end of the engagement, with wording they approve.
Why this exists
QCI does not publish invented numbers. Aggregate figures on this site will come from this cohort once it has finished.
Independence
A Readiness client cannot later receive an independent QCI determination on the same work. See the independence policy.
