For your role

    CIOs and technology leaders

Practical guidance for the decision, evidence and service this role owns.

    The question

“What will post-quantum migration cost, and in what order do we do it?”

The Transformation Program is priced at $150,000–$300,000, as published on the Pricing page. Where an engagement falls in that range is driven by the number of cryptographic domains, system and supplier dependencies, custom integrations, data-retention periods, test environments, rollback requirements and the amount of reliable inventory already available. QCI scopes these factors before quoting a fixed fee within the range.

Why it is urgent for this role

Migration lead time is determined by the slowest dependency, not just algorithm availability. Budgeting before the inventory and dependency map are credible can understate supplier, testing and business-change work.

Why not price from the number of applications?

Application count misses shared identity services, certificates, key infrastructure, data flows and supplier dependencies. Those factors often determine the real sequence and effort.
